Growing unrest from the citizens has created a rift between them and those in charge.
Amongst the growing unrest lies a small time crook named Adam Galloway. A former military man turned petty thief. Along with his friends he spends his days robbing banks and giving back to the poor. Little does he realize that he's about to become a whole lot more popular than just some discount Robin Hood.
