The essay takes place in the Middle-East warfare. After a international miliatry team enters a building and discovered an injured woman, one of the soldier decided to save her life, whatever the others soldiers are thinking.
This is my first write essay in English. (I'm french and my english isn't perfect, my weakness in english is on conversations "asked she", "I resume"), please be kind on your comments.
If the essay is good I will keep it to developp a real story with the chars. I didn't finish it yet, but I already want to have some feedback.

Nothing left my mouth as I stared at him in shock. He truly believed that I was part of this. The man, who I had lived with and served for months. The man who I had protected with my life and soul. I stood still while, as he backed away from me quickly. "I trusted you with my life." His cry pierced around the empty room. He looked so destroyed and hurt, but mostly his face portrayed rage and determation. "And I protected you with mine." I spoke back loudly. I didn't hear myself say it but I knew I did. I look into his eyes even from our distance they seemed to wallow me in darkness. "I gave you mine." My voice was quiet and cracked. His face changed only for a second before his old one took over again. He doesn't believe me. It doesn't matter what I say or do he won't listen. He will still believe I am the bad guy. Just as Kane said, we will never be equals, we will never be fellow humans. We will always be monsters to them. "Yakov, I am not the bad guy." I plead one last time. His Russian accent comes out harsh with his next words. "Your right," he pauses, "you are the villain." I stumble back as if I had just been stabbed in the chest. It was a horrible feeling. It was never good with the emotions and yet I recognize the feeling as heart beak. I barely breathe in air as I regain my posture. A battle cry from somewhere distracts me momentarily. I suddenly remember Ewan. I glare at Yakov one more time before I take off after the cries of battle. Jade believes she started the war among the human and her kind. Nothing is as it was portrayed. This world is set in the past. In a time where nothing was impossible, Where dragons fly above our heads. We learned to ride them, and become friends with them. We created artifacts that make our dragos small and then big again when we need them. That's what sets our world into two sides. A side where dragon riders lived and flew on them. And a side where they hated dragons, and the one that rode them. Even though we managed to work in peace, there was no war between us. Only fights that were under control and rules. In the Arena in the city called Aeloria. A city where there were both sides. They mostly ignored each other. But it was hard to get in this city. Mostly it was the people that lived there. And a few outsiders, but that was either the sellers, chosen group of warriors or dragon riders, and lastly the best fighters of the academies that went into the arena. To prove who is stronger and the winner will receive high quality weapons or any other things of their choice. One day the darkness came and war started. Not between us, but with a kingdom that was across the sea. And this battle or war changed everything we knew. I'm Ardyn, I'm on the side where we ride on dragons. And this story can be easy but also hard to understand. But I will still share it. But first we have to start from the beginning. What will this story bring? Will we be able to see the outcome?
