After freeing Lucifer from the cage, Dean and Sam had that constant fights. Sam was sorry but Dean wouldn't forgive him. 

Stefan didn't wanted to be the ripper, but he had to, for his brother. But because of this, he and Elena are separated and his brother is still as he was before and never missed a chance to flirt with his girlfriend or ex-girlfriend. 

What if they all meet up in a prison or something? What if a bored warlock screw them up. 

Toddler Stefan and kid Sam. Big brothers Damon and Dean. Plus the angles, demons and our favorite, originals.
