The Day You Said Goodnight

Eleanor Stretton had been keeping to herself for most of her life. She's quite determined to survive every single day nursing her wounds, whether from her lack of skills when it comes to house repairs or from her past. After a couple of months avoiding any social scene outside her circle, she decided to go out with some of her friends to a party but due to a house repair-related incident, she spends the night in the hospital instead of the fancy hotel like her friends planned. Dr. Caldwell Patterson was called by the ER because of a suspected case of violence-related injuries. What he didn't expect was to tend to a past acquaintance who somehow still causes him to feel the emotions he thought he would never have to deal with again.

Caldwell only intended to do his job and Eleanor only wanted to know the name of her doctor but it looks like the two will have to deal with everything they left unfinished eight years ago.
