"Clarke, it's not right. We can't."
"Oh we can't? That's not what you said on the night of the wedding!"

Things can be confusing in a household filled with the manager of a major engineering company who is smitten with the doctor who is the ex wife of a man he sent to jail for grievous bodily harm, a crippled girl mourning the loss of her cheating lover, the daughter of said convicts wife, the long lost son of the engineering manager and the half sister of his long lost son.

But soon things grow even more complicated as the manager takes the knee to the doctor after years of courting and are bound to be wed in holy matrimony. Only to destroy the brewing relationship between his long lost son and her impulsive daughter.
And pretty soon, the cripple comes across a series of text messages which leaves an already distracted mind, angry.
Just to make matters worse, the half sister has a secret she can't tell anyone; not even the brother she's trusted ever since she was young.

Yes. Things aren't exactly functional in this makeshift family.

A Maybank and A Cameron? It's almost like a modern Romeo and Juliet. It's forbidden for them to be together. Could be the end of the world. The stolen glances, the hidden feelings, the unspoken words, the secret meetings and the obvious hatred towards each other followed by constant conflicts and some hidden past that threatened them but there are always invisible strings tied and pulling them together no matter how hard the tides trying to pull and part them away from each other.
