...the rain that was once hitting my body in an rhythmic pattern, suddenly stopped. 

I looked up to see a man, with a black mask on. I almost jumped back in fright, his tall figure came out of no where.
"You okay? " he spoke in a worried tone

I looked at him confused. I tried to look for his face, to look for the person who decided to waste their time to talk to me.  But his mask covered his whole face, only leaving his eyes for me to barley see in the dim lights of night.

"wha-" 

"You speak English right?" he asked me, most likely due to me not answering his question when he asked me a moment ago.

"yeah- I'm just shocked you do." I replied quietly
Why was he talking to me?
 Also... his voice seems familiar, I know him.... But who is he?
