Jeff Two years After The Insanity

Two years ago, Jeff was attacked. His faced burned and bleached, his hair black. For some reason he loved it. Later that night, he burned his eyelids off and cut a smile in his face. The psychopath killed his parents and is supposedly "missing".
Two years later: He strikes the hometown again.
