Chara has been isolated in the small garden of golden flowers since her death. Everything changes when she meets the human, Frisk, but would she have been better off alone? Would the Underground have been better off without Frisk? And is the surface a place worth returning to?

An Undertale AU that I don't really know what to call or if it's already a thing since there are literally all the AUs ever.  And also my first fanfic ever. English is my first language but it's also the one I'm worst at so apologies if the writing is bland. At least it's spell checked.

"Do you think that even the worst of people can change? That even after what they do, anyone can be a good person?" Frisk thinks this is true, but not for her. After resetting after killing every monster in the underground by being taken over by Chara, she fears to get close to her once friends. After Chara threatens Frisk if she didn't kill one of her favorite monsters, Sans the Skeleton, she begins to distance herself from everyone; including herself. Will Frisk figure out how to defeat Chara and have a happy ending once again, or will she succumb to the pressure and begin the slay every monster- just like before? Edit: I own Fuse, but none of the other characters. Original Sans the Skeleton is owned by Toby Fox and any variation other than Fuse is not owned by me. This is the story of Undertale. Everything goes along perfectly normal like it does in the game, with Asriel and Chara meeting, they make the pie for their dad, he recovers from the flowers, Chara dies... Though there is a change. When Asriel goes to the surface to lay Chara's dead body on the flower bed in the middle of the human village, and he gets attacked, he turns back before he dies. And this one, simple, turn of events, changes everything Okaay so, this is an old book. Nearly two years now, tho I don't remember the exact time I started it. Thing is old me didn't know how to write stories very well, and so in my supposed free time starting in a week or two I'm gonna try to edit this so I can feel a lil better about it. Edited chapters say, ~Chapter One~, ~Chapter Two~, etc. . (That's- slightly- better)
