"You're a God and at a pure one at that, Jonah, whether you choose to believe it or not." In order to become a fully fledged God, they must first pass a multitude of challenges to reach their position in full or be forced to live as a human. The God of Misfortune is yet to complete his final task and is sent to the human realm to do so with a close enemy lurking behind him every step of the way. Navigating the human realm as popular singer Jonah Park, he has until the next Blood Harvest to complete his tasks with the help of his servant, Ambree White, a plucky failing actress whose life was destroyed by the previous acts of Jonah. Will they be able to complete the tasks before the enemy takes hold, or will Jonah be confined to a life of misery and misfortune that parallels all of his tyranny as a God? An exciting tale of fantasy and romance that will leave you begging for more...

The life of a goddess isn't as easy as it seems. | On the morning of Palya's arranged marriage, a mark appears on her forehead, indicating that she has ascended into a deity. She learns that she has become a void-goddess with the ability to undo the other gods' blessings. Believing that she would betray them and lose control, her fellow gods declare that she must submit herself to an eternal slumber, which would restrain her power. Unless, of course, she could learn to master her gift. The new void-goddess must bind her power to the soul of a mortal who will die if she uses it beyond what the situation demands. Palya thinks that nobody in their right mind would be willing to risk their lives for her freedom--until Iloyu, the man she was supposed to marry, volunteers for the task. Can the timid but hopeful Palya and the brash but noble Iloyu navigate the perils of godhood and fall in love along the way? (Written for the Open Novella Contest 2024, Prompt 18: With powers they said were a shame, a goddess is tamed into submission and fears her own destiny.)
