Always sitting in the corner of your room crying and complaining about why life sucks for you. Do you have any idea that this is a test? That the more you think pessimistic-ly, the more you suffer in depression. You need to wake up from this your own hell made by yourself. You need to realise that there's light, a hope that can tackle your negativities. There's a word "buoyancy" which is the synonym of optimism. I invite you all those suffering from hard times to at least just read this book and look at life the more positive way.
