Where We Are

Elaina and her younger sister Ayla get caught up in unfair family drama when they go back to school. The new guys in town are less that desirable to Elaina's and her best friend's parents, Ayla's new boyfriend is too old for her, according to her mother, and she threatens to take both Elaina and Ayla out of school if they continue to see their love interests. Back at home, the new guys are having a rough time with their new step-dad, who has a tendency to get violent when frustrated. Everyone is looking for escape, and a way to stay together.
