Kikoa Fujamishi is a ninja from the Hidden Cloud, yet was originally born within the Leaf Village. Her parents were promised that the family was welcome back into the Leaf Village by the 3rd Hokage before they left for the Cloud Village. Thinking her loyalty was only towards the Cloud, her heart and mind become conflicted after visiting the Leaf Village during the chunin exams and learning of the promise.
