When the question about their past selves is prompted by the kids, FP and Alice must think about how differently things could have been if they were still the same kids they once were back in high school.

After her divorce, Alice moves to a small town called Riverdale. She meet her neighbors Fred Andrews and FP Jones and will come to learn that she would make friends for life. Alice wants to regain herself so she looks for happiness in the arms of her old love. FP tries to arrange his life with Alice. He realizes there is only one place he can go to that will spark some inspiration: Riverdale. His home town, where he left part of himself before moving to the city that never sleeps. When he arrives there, he finds his old girlfriend right where he left her, with a crown on her head at the Serpent bar that she now owns. However, their meeting goes differently than he expected and along the way he finds out that he isn't the only one who kept secrets.
