The Mysterious Traveling Market

What makes the traveling market so mysterious? What secrets and magic do it's stalls and people hold?

A Doctor Who fan fiction novelette written just for fun, in an attempt to capture all the elements of an episode the author would like to watch.

For those unfamiliar with Doctor Who: He is a traveler through time and space, using an unusual vehicle called the Tardis, a small blue box which is much bigger on the inside. He came from a race of Time Lords who lived upon the planet Gallifrey, but has a great love for Earth and especially England (which often seems to be in peril from alien intruders). Some say that this is just a television series which has been around since the early 1960s, but to others it is a myth which reaches the far corners of the universe.
