**This is a DaveKat fanfiction inspired my an rp in a gc on kik. Dave attempts to teach Karkat to swim while feferi and Gamzee play dress up with a cuttlefish in a pool like tank that Fef lives in. We ended up deciding that the building the rp takes place in is always changing and growing depending on what we need at the time. Weird but efficient lol.**

Dave Strider, not your average normal kid. He seems to be a cool guy, gaining popularity quickly, but his secret is getting harder to sustain in the darkness of his shades and instincts. Karkat Vantas, just your low status ball of rage. He meets Dave after being called into the councilors office. Of course he despises having to "babysit" him the first few classes before an incident happened with the 1950's goons of Cronus Ampora. What will happen later on once the incident is solved, because Cronus had no partake in it? Will Dave be able to sustain his secret in the dark? Or will he be able to trust Karkat enough to tell him his secret? How will Karkat react to it if the secret is revealed?Complete

Okay so, this is a first and COMPLETELY ORIGINAL fanfic idea and I think NO ONE as ever done it. So um, it's a Gream/Dreamnotfound fanfic in a Conversion Camp. Those places don't work they just really bad places. I fully do not know how they actually work so I'm just going to assume and use my knowledge of them from family guy. And like remember it's a fanFICTION it does not have to be accurate. Now some trigger warnings(cuz I'm too lazy to put the warnings in chapters so you here are some that'll be there): Homophobia, Cursing, a couple of lime parts and MAYBE a terribe attempt smut scene, abuse, assault. There will still be some fluffy moments cuz I like fluff, and of course sad moments so yeah. ALSO call me out on my grammar errors cause I make lots of mistakes that I don't notice on my own. And comment alot I like reading comments :3 Finally- Don't harrass Dream or George with shipping or fanfics. These are meant for fun and entertainment plz don't take too seriously. When the final battle is won, Karkat gets mysteriously thrown into a universe different than the one he was expecting. The worst part? He was all alone. Now Karkat has learn how to live in a world that formed and grew without him while suffering the consequences of six years in another world. He thinks there's nothing he can do about it, but during Summer Break (wow, so original) they get invited to stay at Eridan's because he has no friends (lol me). Land or Water?
Sollux was by the ocean, sitting on the dock one day. He doesn't really have the greatest life on land, he was fired from his job, he needed money to pay rent for his apartment, he didn't have many friends, and things just didn't work out for him anymore. As he gets up to leave from the dock, he falls into the ocean, but then he's saved by some mystery person and when he finds out it was a merman who saved him, he becomes great friends with him and finds out that his name is Eridan. But then, Eridan's father disapproves of their friendship and does something horrible. Sollux then finds Eridan with tons of cuts and bruises all over him, on the beach and helps him out. He does all of this while keeping him secret from everyone else except for his best friend, Karkat. After some time, he realizes that he can't stay on land if he wants to keep Eridan safe. Sollux will have to choose whether to stay on land and look for a different way to help him, or to become a merman himself and live in the water for the rest of his life. Karkat Vantas. A very unpopular, short, and short-tempered troll. He tries desperately to make it through his first year in a human school, but with everyone still not fully accepting trolls added on with his so-called 'stupid' blood color, he can't find a single person who understands him, yet. Dave Strider. Maybe one of the most popular guys in the school. Nobody knows why he's always wearing those cool ironic shades of his, and most people want to find out. But Dave himself wants his eyes to stay hidden, and nobody else has ever seen them. He thinks that if anyone did, they would make fun of him and his good reputation would immediately disappear. The two, basically opposites, find that they actually might get along and relate to each other. But who knows what a simple sentence could do? (this is my second fanfic and the first homestuck one i've ever written so if the writing sucks don't judge! also none of the art is mine. ships included will most likely be johndave at the beginning, and throughout the fic theres gonna be erisol, rosemary, some jadenep, johndirk, and vrisrezi! if you don't like one or more of these ships deal with it.)
