On the Isle of the Lost, everyone knows who is who. But what they know even better is who is in charge. Scarlet King is the daughter of the feared Scar, the gang leader on the Isle of the Lost. If you want your gang to be legitimized, you get endorsed by Scar, only then will people take you seriously. Scarlet is Scar's enforcer of sorts, she meets with the applying gangs before they go to her father, to see if they are worth his time.
Uma wants her gang to be feared by the people of the Isle, something they are not at the moment. She decides to set up a meeting with Scar to be endorsed. But first she has to go through Scarlet, who is just as terrifying as her father, if not more.
