Just a lost tale
A quirk is just a quirk.. but what if said quirk makes you addicted to water? What if it makes you want to be in water the whole day and nothing more. Then there was also the pure fact that everyone on land forgot about him including his very own mother... or so he thought. There was one person who didn't forget about him.
