Awokens are those with non-mage blood but are able to use magic. These uncommon beings comes hold the souls of dead mages, which allows them to use magic. Crimson Blossom Elite School of Awoken's And Magic is where these awokens are taken to harness their power. This year the academy has a particularly interesting student joining its ranks. Scarlett Cross. Her naturally fiery red hair alone is enough to make her stand out, never mind her unrivaled but uncontrollable fire magic. As she struggles with training for the battle ahead and learning who she is on the inside she gets drawn to her moody and distant magic tutor Rayu Coronor. As a connection forms the two must set out in search of the other dragonmasters to save their land.

Dal realizes that to get access to the Prince she must either befriend the beast or slay him, and though part dog he may be, the beast doesn't seem the type to lie down and roll over. Educators who teach the past in silver and purple. Agriculture follows Nemora the earth goddess in colors of browns and greens. Factory varies in many aspects in strict tan. In the Empire of Duskpire, are 3 cities. Ironspire, the heart of nobles, higher-ranking citizens, and royalty reside. Noxford, the heart of the Educators, some higher Agriculture members, and higher-ranking members of Factory. Ashen City is the underbelly of the Empire where the rest of the Factory workers and Agriculture live. The poorest of the poor reside. Drexel Foster, an Ashen City citizen, an orphan at the age of 7 from an earthquake in the mines. Some say Nemora was angry that day for unknown reasons. Some wonder if the balance of the realms became corrupted.
