The night Andrew went haywire leaving Matt with no other choice but to kill him was the same night Xenoveil took action to keep news of the strange and destructive event from spreading. Matt recorded his promise on Andrew's camera that he would find answers to their predicament and a way to possibly end it.
Years after, the secret government organization began experimenting with the same crystal that gave Andrew, Steve, and Matt telekinetic powers. One of the sponsors sends his daughter, Vivian Shaw, to Xenoveil's research facility and gets caught up in something much bigger than what she expected.
