A person called "Blue Thunder" ay isang lalakeng kinatatakutan ng lahat sa school nila because the rumors about him. Suddenly, he needs to marry someone for some reason... a light bulb occurs in his mind. He decided to use his power given to him by the people as 'blue thunder' and to blue thunder nobody can say 'no' as an answer always 'yes' and will only be 'yes'.
