Happy birthday, my dearest friends. This is a collection of short stories dedicated to all my friends' birthdays. We may not be as close as others, but since I know your birthday, why not celebrate it? It may not always be about us, it might be about your troubles. Your insecurities, your love life, your family, maybe even the life of your video game character. My point is, these are just stories with a fragment of you in it.

This is a collection of short stories centered around soulmates. Each story has its own characters, with their own conflicts, romances, hopes, and dreams. Although these stories are in no way connected to each other, I'm hoping I can touch on a little bit of everyone's worlds--from heterosexual relationships to transgender people to non-binary gender identification and everything in between (bear with me, I will do my best to research these and if something is wrong let me know because I want to understand other people's worlds). Earnest Emotion: A Short Story Collection by Lindzaya
