The day started off like any other. Things went the way they'd normally go in the human world. Until the day came when 3 mysterious men showed themselves to 3 young women, once believed innocent, claimed to be sworn to their side as advisors, and deemed them royalty. Bestowing upon them the royal crowns to their homelands. 

Now queens, the 3 girls must uphold their royal status, carrying all the baggage that comes with it. They learn their tools and play their parts fairly well, until the day comes when a bold winged monster with scales like snow, claws like swords, eyes that gleam death, and a maw that sprays dragon fire; threatens the very balance of the vast new world they've come to know.

Before Lucia tries to get out of the water, she was suddenly transformed into a mermaid by the two white witches. There are two ways to break the spell before her time is up by the next month. If Lucia gets a kiss by the merman, she'll be a mermaid for all eternity. If the princess gets a kiss from the prince on land, she will be human again. If not, she will be lost in the world of water. Will Lucia see her family again as a mermaid? How is she going to reach them if she can't swim as a mermaid? Princess Lucia was new to be a mermaid. She has a long way to see her pink tail fin works in the ocean floor.
