We all know the Plumber Brothers right? I'm talking about the Super Mario Bros heroes, Mario and Luigi.  Probably everyone knows how they treaded the hottest deserts and the wildest forests to the deepest oceans, killing every offender who came in their way, all to save the one they loved the most - The Princess.

  But what if it's all a lie though?

  The People of the Land are not what the brothers make them out to be.  After the war between the Human kingdom and the People of the Land, there is mutual hatred between the two kingdoms, or so the humans think.

  ...And this time around, the princess is definitely not the one that needs some saving.

  The brothers must learn to accept each other's truths and insecurities as they travel on a path to save the princess.  Will they be able to accept each other despite their differences? Or will the dark forces acting in the shadows break their minds completely before they get the wind of it?

This threat is difficult to identify, when the only clues lie in nightmares that Kate is having. This is the point of discovery in the tale of Mario, Sonic, and Kate. This is the dark twist in the Tale of the Tale of the Three Heroes.
