Note: This started out as a Rexsoka Story but I'm expanding horizons. :)
Ahsoka Tano rejoined the jedi council after a chance encounter. But all is not as it seems for even a year after she left, even after Sidious was killed, and the last of the seperatists are being wiped out, there lies a dark threat. The jedi temple itself has changed, some for the better, some for the worse. Not all agree with its changes. Sometimes those most close to you can be the most dangerous and unexpected.
The darkside is not all that threatens the republic and Order, but certainly one of the most dangerous. Not soon after Ahsoka joins the temple, chaos ensues. No one is safe, but against all odds, will they survive. Will they have a fighting chance? Will anyone ever be the same again? Can anyone really be good? Really be pure? Really be loyal?

"Your Padawan was weak, like you. So I killed her," said the Togruta, circling Anakin's interrogation chair. Anakin finally looked at her in disbelief and horror, tears in his eyes. He stared into hers, begging them to return to ocean blue. But it was no use. This girl may have looked like Ahsoka, but she was not his Padawan any longer. The Dark Side had truly taken her. ~~~ In this galaxy, Palpatine was killed in a speeder accident when he was a boy, and never rose to power. Another Dark Lord created Order 66, but was more interested in simply killing the Jedi quickly and efficiently. He wasn't looking for an apprentice. In this galaxy, Anakin never went to the Dark Side. In this galaxy, Padmé survived. In this galaxy, the Skywalker family lives together, far from harm's way, where they can raise their children in peace. In this galaxy, Ahsoka Tano has been dead for eleven years. Resurgence of the Knight
*REUPLOADED AND UPDATED* Even with the Republic gone and the Jedi Order wiped out, Ahsoka Tano had risen from being a Jedi Knight in hiding; to being the Rebel informant, Fulcrum; to become the first General of the Rebel Alliance. After surviving a duel with the Sith Lord, Darth Vader on Malachor, who once turned out to be Anakin Skywalker, her former master and friend, Ahsoka has to return to the rebellion and her allies. But she has to face more difficult trials, not only from the growing rebellion but from herself and the people close to her. She must learn to let go of attachments and face her fears, in order to be able to lead the fight openly as a Jedi Knight. The story follows the plotline of my other story, A Hero's Downfall (If you haven't read it yet, check it out!). It's not a sequel, it just follows the plotline. And it is set at the end and after the Star Wars Rebels episode, Twilight of the Apprentice. (This is how I think it happened from there.) Also, I wrote this way before both series ended, so there's a little bit of canon divergence. I don't own Star Wars and its characters and places, they belong to Lucasfilm and Disney. In hopes of restoring the galaxy from the rule of the sith, y/n, along with Senator Organa and Chancellor Mon Mothma form a rebellion. AU where Anakin Skywalker's turn to the Dark Side, where he becomes Darth Vader; feared by everyone in the galaxy-but one. Anakin remains as he was pre-burn, skin and flesh.
