Ayo was one of the many unlucky African-American teenagers who were taken away from there families in North Carolina in 1750 to be shipped to London to work on a plantation . However, when the ship sinks, Ayo is stranded with a young English man. Together they must battle the dangers of the island and discover that what makes a person great, doesn't depend on the color of there skin.
