Twenty -Seven year old Annabelle "Annie" Wallace knew Virgil Tracy in college. After her friend wanted to see her happy before he succumbed to a disease that's run in his family for years, he uses his background in Chemistry to add some chemistry to his two friend's love lives. Four years later, Annie's four year old son, Noah, is in need of International Rescue's help, putting her back into Virgil's life. When it becomes to light that Noah is not their friend's but in fact Virgil's son, they move in with International Rescue on Tracy Island, so Virgil can raise his son who's also the biggest fan of International Rescue.
