It is Star and Shadow's first year in their new high school, as they make new friends and relationships, working their way slowly to prepare for the school dance. This story is the origins of how Star and Leo met so after this story they have lots of adventures together. (like my trip to Galaxy paradise story which is set after their marriage, which is much later on in the series. )
