Central City's hero, The Flash goes missing with no trace. Citizens of Central City have no protection after losing their hero. Back at Star Labs everyone's life has changed drastically after witnessing the death of Barry Allen. While everyone who played a role in saving the city had left Star Labs, Cisco Ramon remained at Star Labs in hope that his best friend is still alive and determine to bring him back. While other threats invade Central City with no one to stop it.
