New vs. Old Generation.
Earth as we knew it vanished in 1990. Everyone died except the people who made it to the safe zone in Kansas, USA. Only about 100,000 people could fit in the safe zone, out of 5.1 billion people worldwide. With the fear of it happening again, males and females were separated and kids were forbidden to happen, but after years of trying to survive the people were growing old and needed new people to help, so the president made a requirement that only 24 kids shall be born in the month of December. After that they waited a few years to see if anything were to happen, since nothing happened they then started beginning their new world. They start with the safe zone and building the president's place on top of it, then dividing their open desert into 4 cities: Clementine, Morado, Beryl, and Hollow.

A company called WCKD (world crisis killzone department) developed a program recruiting the younger generations to find a cure. In the year 2069, WCKD is exposed. And they don't like that much. So they use a 'new method' to 'help' find a cure. But little do they know, that the kids are the cure. Will the world and the children survive? What is WCKD hiding? Quick thing- I don't go too in-depth about the characters because I want your mind to imagine them in any way you want x And also I read the books when I was younger and I don't remember them as well as I do the movies, so I'm really sorry if it's more based on them and I get things wrong xComplete

Everything started in 2036. The pollution was so bad that the end of the world was predicted to be right around the corner. As complete panic set in around the world, the rich and important people were all gathered and placed on giant spaceships with enough resources and room to house generations of human beings. Before they left though, the government leaders fired As a result, most of the human population died off and earth was a complete wasteland. The little that survived started building local communities and trying to survive in the destroyed excuse of a planet. On the disaster of a planet, creatures mutated and were born out of the nuclear chemicals; creating new species and monsters that hunted humans. While hundreds and hundreds of years passed, the monsters kept evolving and the people kept adapting while still trying to keep a sort of community. They didn't want to lose all of their humanity and become nothing more than animals that hunted the monsters: then they would truly be no better than the monsters themselves. So they stayed civil while still doing what it took to survive.Complete
