It's the year 21XX, the decade of the most advanced technology, and a literal robotic renaissance. New robots are being built left and right, some are built for jobs considered dangerous to humans. Others are built just for fun, but no matter what the purpose, all robots have one thing in common... they are all sentient, and have emotions. However this doesn't mean their minds and souls can't be clouded by evil tampering.

When the leading authority on robotics, Dr. Thomas Light, finds himself being betrayed by his most trusted colleague Dr. Albert Wily, It's up to a humble soul named Rock, to step up and make things right.
