He created about 100 before the government caught him and began a mission to exterminate every one.

If you were of any position in government to either kill on sight or arrest them. Most humans found this law useless considering no one believed that hybrids could ever be real. But what happens when a group of eight teens that are fed up with this law do whatever they can to get rid of it, and show every human that hybrids aren't all that they may seem.
