Veiyn remained silent for a second, not knowing himself why he had let her go. He thought back to when he had first heard her soft musical laugh in the Ice Rink car park. He had been intrigued, though nothing more at that point. He thought back to how he had admired and memorised her slim still slightly curved figure from his position in the queue and how she had turned to look at him. Her large grey eyes glistened with an essence of metallic silver surrounded by a row of thick naturally curved eyelashes lightly covered in mascara. Her tanned face held a cluster of feminine, small freckles that began on the bridge of her cute button nose then spilled onto her cheeks which balanced out her strong jawline. Her soft strawberry blond waves, joined by stray wisps of gold, white and caramel reached down to her breast in cascades as they bounced and tumbled over each other every time she tossed her head.
The fact that she was stunningly beautiful wasn't what had grabbed him. It was the fact that she had icily turned away...
