Enoch's life is far from ordinary.
Death seemed to surround him at all time. From growing up in a funeral parlor to learning he could control the dead, he could never escape the cold but comforting grasp of death. It was both his strongest power and greatest weakness.
After being treated as an outcast all his life, he closes himself off to people, even the peculiars, who are the closest thing he has to a family now. Haunted by the secrets of his past, he struggles to cope and find the happiness he knew he once had.
But every so often, someone comes around who unlocks the pain he holds in his heart.
