This is a story about two teenagers that are boyfriend and girlfriend that get superpowers and stuff. Eli (which is the main character) loses his mom on his birthday. No she's not dead, she just got into an argument with her husband and son and left them. Eryn (which is the second main character) helps Eli for support and later gets superpowers with him. They are both boyfriend and girlfriend and work together as a team for any danger in the world. Mckenzi (which is Eryn's bff) becomes their sidekick, but doesn't have powers. He also has to take charge and become a hero for those who can't against an unwavering bully in a far-away world. My book blends fiction with reality, as the reader follows along in the life of a shy high school student who gets thrown into many situations he must overcome as he finds out who he truly is and why it is him who needs to save the world, while keeping the reader guessing every step of the way.
