There was only one thought running through the girl's head. Don't let them find you, run and keep running never stop. The girl knew that the people chasing her would never give up and they would probably kill her if they found her. Her name is Ash (short for Ashley) and she is running from the Wolf Fang Gang.

Ash hates her life, her parents getting drunk and high, her brother is in jail and here she is doing all her school work and has three part time jobs to pay the bills and for the food she eats. At eighteen she leaves and goes to university. Doing everything right she doesn't understand why she has attracted the attention of the lead of the most dangerous gang people have ever heard of and seen. This leader is Max Anderson leader of the Wolf Fang Gang.

Max has everything he could ask for apart from one thing. A girl who fights back. So when his gang hangs around a university he is drawn to Ash. She intrigues him as he doesn't know anything about her; this makes him want her bad.

Their paths cross one night as she is walking back to her dorm from her new job and he tries to find out more about her only to find that she is more mysterious than she first seemed. What happens when he tells her who he is? What happens when her past catches up to her? What will she do to free herself of it and of him?All Rights Reserved

But, after Sammi gets a football player to put a cockroach in Emma's hair in class, Emma runs out to leave. She then runs into James, who Offers to give her a ride home. He then tells her he fiund out it was Sammi who started the rumor. And to make it up to her, he brings her to see her favorite series, 'Raven-Man' at the Drive-in theatre.

Her wolf has to completely go dormant, because it's just causing her pain and she would died of she didn't. Alex thinks that she's dead, because he felt the connection between them break. He finds another girl to be his mate, and when Ashleigh is found, she is heartbroken. Not only was it her pack that made her suffer through all that because they sold her, but her mate had given up on her because her wolf had to go into dormancy. She falls into severe depression, and develops a form of PTSD, that was formed from the shock she had from her pack and mate's betrayal. She isn't happy anymore, and that brightness she had in her personality is gone, leaving a husk of her former self. Will her pack and mate right their terrible wrongs, and bring her back to her former glory, or will they carry on with how they are, and have her fall into a comatose like state?
