This is a Zane~Chan story, based off of the OTP prompt where, if you draw on your skin, it will appear on your soulmate's and vice versa. It's also a high school AU, but not much of one. Now: here's real description: Zane was the outcast of his freshman class, always scowling at his peers and keeping in the shadows. When he was younger, his soulmate took a while to draw anything, which caused him to be made fun of by his peers. So, when the markings finally came, he kept them covered, not wanting to look like a fool. Kawaii~Chan was the new girl at Phoenix Drop High. She looked to have a lot of soulmates, many drawings across her body. However, it was all fake. They were all made by her. Ever since she was little, she had begun drawing on herself late, her soulmate had never responded. She tried so many things, even drawing on her face to get their attention, but they never responded, so she just drew on herself in the morning, to give up the act that she had one. Normally something magical would happen if you met your soul mate, not this time, when you're close to your soul mate you'll feel at ease sorta... It's no secret we hate each other. I suppose I wouldn't mind that we seem to be academically matched in everything, except Zane is an arrogant asshole about it and I try to keep my head down. I'm not stupid, clearly, I understood Zane was insanely gorgeous. And I'd heard enough stories from the girl's showers to know that his body was amazing. I think in the beginning I hated him just out of spite, but now it really is essential. Because if I didn't hate him I'd probably fall in love with him from the sheer amount of time we spend together since all our teachers think sitting the smartest students near or next to each other in every class is an amazing idea.
