What happens when Rose's mom dies and she is put in an orphanage? She looks out the window one day and sees something unbelievable. She sees a man fighting what looks to be like, demons? When the orphanage director, Tessa Gray, tells her to follow the man outside, Rose becomes very confused, but obeys her orders. Find out what happens when Rose meets Alec, and his parabatai, James Gray, are fighting evil side by side. Will there be love? Yes. Will there be drama? Yes.
I do NOT own any of the characters except James Gray, Alec Herondale, Rose Gray-Lightwood-Herondale-Morgenstern, Wilbert Herondale, Katelynn Morgenstern, Rose's mom, Jon Morgenstern, and Alexander Morgenstern.
The plot is mine. All the characters that Cassandra Clare owns are hers. I in no way would steal any plot/character/ or anything else that another person has created.

The young shadowhunter Aleksa Monteverde, called Leksi, finds herself in the academy in Idris after her parabatai Annabeth Kingsmill was killed by a demon. She gets to know the kind Blake Pangborn with whom she gets along pretty well and they immediately become friends. But next to Blake there is a mysterious boy named Elijah Blackthorn who seems to hate everything and everybody. Stuck between a friend and a love interest, Aleksa is confronted with even greater problems. The Council brings the charge against her, that she wasn't present, when Annabeth Kingsmill died. They blame Aleksa for her death. While Aleksa tries everything to get over the loss of her parabatai and to get back to the institute in Montreal, she has to struggle with the Council and them wanting her to visit the City of Bones until the hearing. But her new won friends help her and Aleksa soon finds out the real reason she was held out of the investigations considering Annabeth's death and sent to Idris. The story takes place in an imagined academy, mentioned in the TMI books by Cassie. Since I love academies I had to write about a story happening here. But the story also sets in various places over the world and reunites some familiar places from the TMI books with new impressions. New characters are introduced and also some old and well-known characters will appear during the happenings.Complete
