Meet Chara and her family after the events of Undertale in their AU- UT: LostSouls.

Some background on the LostSouls AU:
In the LostSouls AU, When Asriel and Chara fused their SOULs and then died, a little more of Chara's SOUL persisted after her death. This allowed her to keep a larger fragment of her SOUL than the original UT!Chara; a seventh instead of an eighth. However this small change has made all the difference, because unlike the original, Frisk has only done a full reset twice. The first route was originally pacifist until Frisk was unable to beat Undyne. He reset, thinking that there were no good monsters and did the genocide route. Chara killed Sans and Asgore at the end...but was unable to kill Flowey, who she recognized as her brother Asriel. Because of this she killed frisk by summoning her first ever gaster blaster, forcing him to relaid to before the fight with Sans. Then Chara fought Frisk using magic, eventually getting him to reset and do the pacifist route. After the pacifist route, which happened after the last reset, Frisk's determination was somehow able to bring Azzy back from being a souless being and Chara from the dead. Chara and Asriel are the 'Lost Souls' that there AU mentions so much. Alphys, Chara, and Sans are trying to figure out how they were brought back so they can somehow replicate the process and bring back the six human SOULS, if they can find them.*
