(A half spin-off and half sequel to Lady Noir - Book 1)
A couple of months ago, the lives of Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Adrien Agreste were changed forever.
Not only did they become incredible Parisian superheroes known as Ladybug and Chat Noir respectively, but they both discovered the identity of their partner. It turned that the notoriously attractive and charming feline was none other than the beautiful supermodel Adrien Agreste, while the hard-to-get and incredibly gorgeous female in a ladybug suit was the sweet and lovable Marinette Dupain Cheng.
However, there is still one mask to uncover - the mask of Hawk Moth, the villain that they have been battling against for the past two years. Ladybug and Chat Noir have been relentless in their fight, not to mention extremely persistent and patient. Now, it seems as if their patience and resilience is beginning to pay off as the two grow closer and closer to learning the identity of the criminal whom they have been pursuing.
The journey to discovering Hawk Moth's identity is rewarding, but there is a price to pay. The closer Ladybug and Chat Noir get to revealing his identity, the more they lose their own identity as Ladybug and Chat Noir, and as Marinette and Adrien.
Is it really worth finding out an identity, just to lose your own?

In this Alternate Universe, only Ladybug, Chat Blanc and Hawkmoth exists. There was never a Chat Noir. All three were against each other. Ladybug, the Super-Heroine saves Paris. Chat Blanc likes to get into mischief by robbing houses, shops and running from the police even though he has a lot of wealth behind the mask. He loved that he had freedom to do whatever he desired when he was Chat Blanc. Hawkmoth, the archenemy of Ladybug and Chat Blanc, seeking to steal their Miraculouses and gain the power to change reality. Hope you'll enjoy the story! Ladybug believes Chat Blanc can change for the better but only time will tell. Chat Blanc grew a soft-spot for a civilian, Marinette Dupain Cheng, after visiting her at her balcony. Marinette was the only person Chat Blanc could open up to because she was a sweet, kind and understanding girl. Marinette doesn't mind the visits by Chat Blanc because she can get to know him better without being Ladybug. After some misunderstanding with the police, Marinette gets arrested for being in cahoots with Chat Blanc. Chat Blanc saves Marinette and now they are on the run. Marinette has been missing for a week and no one knows where she could have gone. Ladybug went on a mission and she's left Chat Noir in charge while she was gone. Chat Noir has found Hawk Moth but Ladybug is not back yet. Knowing she trusted him, he recruited some of his superhero friends to help him take Hawk Moth down. The heroes knew victory was close and so did Hawk Moth. Hawk Moth decided to use the only ace up his sleeve, the only thing he knew would make the heroes falter. "Marinette Dupain-Cheng is... dead."
