This is a historical fiction boyxboy novel, if you don't like boyxboy, don't read it.  This is also the first  story that I've published, so be kind, but constructive criticism and suggestions would also be nice.

I dart through the sun drenched halls of my childhood, panic causing my mind to work overtime.  I hear the stern and worried voices of Sir John and Sir Anthony calling my name behind me, but I neither slow down or change course.  There was only one goal I had in mind, make it outside before I released the contents of my stomach all over the floor.  I needed fresh air and time away from the absurd amount of suitors waiting to meet me, one of whom I had to pick to wed for the rest of my life.
