Beni şaşırttın." Dedi Teoman Deniz kaşlarını çattı "Derken?" Sesi hafif sert çıkmıştı ama kaba değildi. Teoman o alaycı sırıtmasını asla bırakmadı. "Senin gibi bir asi kız bu okula gelmezdi. Yanılıyor muyum özgürlük abidesi?" Bakışları alaycı ve biraz da dalgacıydı. Onu zorbalamıyordu aksine denizin ona bulaşmasını istiyordu. Deniz derin nefes verdi ve Teoman'a bir adım attı. "Okula geldim,evet! Belkide sizin bu zenginlik abidesi hayatınızı yıkmaya gelmişimdir." Bakışları meydan okuyucuydu. Deniz her zaman böyleydi. Eser geçerdi. Teoman alaycı bir bakış attı asla bu tavrından vazgeçmezdi ama denize bakışları farklıydı. Ellerini iki yana açtı ve denizin gözlerine baktı. "Bu kollar yıkılmayı bekliyor asi. Haberin olsun;)" Bu lafı ile deniz kaşlarını çatıp sinirle arkasını döndü ve yürüdü. Teoman sırıtıyordu. Ama barışın denizin yanına geldiğini görene kadar sürmüştü Bunu takmak istemedi ama eli sertleşmişti. Yanına gelen sılayı bile görmedi gözü bakışları sadece barış ile konuşan denizdeydi.
