My heart sank as I realized I was breaking this boys soul at my decision. I didn't want to leave him, but I knew that I had too. If not now then later when I'm in much worse condition and I refused to let my body get that sick.

"I love you." I whispered to him as I took a step closer wanting to feel his touch one last time.

He treaded backwards away from me, tears starting to gather in his eyes just silently waiting to fall out.

"NO! No no, you are not leaving me like this." He yelled at me, the tears finally starting to fall gently off his face.

"Don't say it as a goodbye." He was damn near begging me at this point but my decision wasn't faltering. I made my way to him and cupped his cheeks in my hands as I pressed my lips to his one last time.

"But this is goodbye. "
