Phil is one of the few people at the new asylum and many tests are being preformed to learn about his interesting mental condition for future reference.

Notes: Mr. Howell was admitted to Bethlem Royal Hospital after some erratic behavior from him was observed by a store clerk. They called the authorities when he left and Daniel was found in his apartment, attempting to cut off his bottom lip but, only managed to only get a one inch cut with a kitchen knife before the police restrained him. The doctors decided to give his condition its own name and Daniel was the first person to ever be diagnosed with apotemnophilia, a weird mental disorder that makes people perceive one or more of the individuals body parts as incorrect, giving them a horrible need to amputate it to save the rest of the body, even though every part of the body is physically healthy. Daniel is one of the few people at the new asylum and many tests are being performed to learn about his interesting mental condition for future reference.
