 King T'Chaka knew it was a risk to bring the child back with him to Wakanda, especially when she may not even live, but something about stuck out to him, and it wasn't just that she and Shuri shared a birth date. 

Blessed with life by the goddess Bast, Kida changed: her hair turned white, a white half moon tattoo appeared on her forehead, and most strangely, she developed a extraordinary ability.
