In a world where mutant acceptance is rare, desperate to be proud of who she is, June Seers cannot live her life suppressing what makes her special. Though the People at The Oliver Wren School for Mutant Depletion may try to "normalise" her and her peers, when the opportunity for freedom arises, June and her friends seize it with fierce determination.
