His declaration was sweet and true but I knew exactly what to say. To anyone else my words would have seemed cold and not enough but not to Steve; they were enough, they'd forever be enough.

This story is set in 1965 America and is an Outsiders fanfic, I'm fairly confident that I haven't made any mistakes but if there are any I apologise.
This is a Steve Randle love story.
I'm not an expert on the 60's, I've tried to make everything as realistic as possible.
This story is rated mature.
All the images I use were found on Google and do not belong to me.
The only characters I own are Karen and the ones that do not appear in the Outsiders book, although I have made a lot of changes, this story and most of the characters still belong to S.E. Hinton and not myself.
