Kate was a normal girl but after the air crash in which she lost her family and was living in hostage of girls where is she finds Stella and Faith who are her close friends and an interesting teacher name Wyatt. Later on her 18 birthday night she is taken back to Depth Of Darkness where she finds out that her father was one of Lords of World Of Darkness and now after his death his children( who are still alive) would take over the four Lords. Her after meeting her siblings she then tells them about all those wreid stories which she was writing after that plane crash. Was she really a Half-Star and Half- Human?
