It's now 18 years since the Black Panther destroyed Killmonger and the king now has a daughter. He wants to retire from his kingship and let is daughter take over. His daughter, Ketira, is 17 years old and begins to learn how to become Queen. After winning the kingship challenge, she visits the ancestral place and finds her grandfather, who warns her about a bigger and more fierce war, than any other war that has come their way. 

The outside world wants to take over Wakanda and fully control it. Along side them is another Panther with a much stronger and more powerful suit than the Black Panthers. Now the Black Panther and Ketira need to work together to fight this other mystery black panther and take him or her down.
