Let us go back thousands of years to the time of Alexander the great. Many of us know the well known story of him and Bucephalus, but what if that was not it. Add in a mare that is just as strong-willed as Bucephalus and a girl determined to be a solider. Even if it means pretending to be a guy to earn herself some respect. What if the two get pushed together at a horse sale and are there all the way through Alexander's conquest. Add in some romance and some gore and what you get?
