When their parents mysteriously disappear on the eve of Samhain, four sisters embark on a dangerous journey to a realm where their simple brand of magic is put to the test.

Although the Firestone sisters were raised as regulars (non-magic folk) by their father, their mother taught them how to cast proper spells. And it isn't until their parents disappear into the magical flames of a bonfire that these young witches must use their gifts for something more powerful than teaching a frog to speak.

When they reach the enchanted town where their grandparents live, the sisters are finally told about unimaginable magic and family secrets their parents have kept from them. Not only do they learn that dragons are real, but they battle a few as they attempt to free their parents from dark forces.
